The goal is simple: stronger relationships, less isolation and communities where everyone has something meaningful to contribute.

Mighty Generation Network CIC is a registered Community Interest Company.
Company Number: 17003365
Mighty Generation Network creates welcoming spaces where children, young people, adults and seniors can learn from one another, share skills, build relationships and contribute to stronger communities.
We do not see generations as separate groups with nothing in common. We see a living network of people carrying different experiences, strengths, questions, traditions and ideas. When those things are shared intentionally, everybody gains.
Our work is rooted in faith, mutual value and the belief that connection becomes more meaningful when it moves in both directions — every generation has something to teach and something to learn.
Modern life can leave people disconnected even when they live in the same neighbourhood. Young people may lack access to trusted guidance, families can feel stretched, and older adults can have valuable experience with too few opportunities to share it. We create practical ways for those gaps to become relationships.
Create regular opportunities for people to be known, included and connected.
Make room for life experience, culture, creativity and modern skills to pass between generations.
Help people contribute, learn and grow through relationships that recognise their value.
In a fast-moving digital world, families navigate busy schedules, changing cultures and growing pressures on their time. Children and young people have creativity and new ideas. Older generations have a wealth of experience, wisdom and heritage. Yet people do not always have the opportunity to learn from each other.
We believe the missing link is connection. Not simply bringing different ages into the same room, but building purposeful relationships that encourage self-development, reduce isolation and help everyone recognise what they have to offer.
“Age does not determine whether someone has something to offer.
Different generations. Different experiences. One community.
A young person learns a practical skill from someone who has developed it over many years.
A teenager helps an older adult feel more confident using technology, while gaining a fresh perspective in return.
Parents, children and grandparents connect through music, arts and meaningful shared experiences.
Family memories, cultural heritage and faith-based values are passed on through conversation and learning.
We collaborate with families, schools, community groups, faith organisations, professionals and local partners who want people of every generation to flourish.
People. Purpose. Shared experience. The same principles shape every programme, partnership and relationship we build.
We enable multi-generational skills & value exchange through purposeful connections between different age groups - ensuring no one is left isolated.
Communities where age is not a barrier to connection; where younger and older people know one another, learn together and are confident that they still have something valuable to offer.
To create welcoming, practical and respectful spaces where connection is two-way, people are treated with dignity and participation leads to real relationships rather than one-off activity.
Our programmes are designed to create shared value across age groups, not to place one generation above another.
Opportunities to grow in confidence, faith, creativity and practical life skills while learning from trusted adults and elders.
Spaces to share experience, support younger generations, discover new skills and build stronger community relationships.
Meaningful ways to stay connected, pass on wisdom and heritage, learn something new and remain active contributors to community life.
Flexible workshops, clubs and collaborative programmes that can be adapted for schools, local groups and community settings.
These values shape the way we build relationships, programmes and community experiences.
Every generation has something to teach and something to learn. Knowledge, experience and fresh perspectives are shared with equal value.
We want people to feel welcomed, heard and valued. Our community includes people of different ages, cultures, abilities, experiences, family circumstances and backgrounds. Differences should be something that enriches community, not something that prevents connection.
We build deep, meaningful and lasting value exchange between different age groups — not simply activity for activity’s sake.
We equip people with confidence, personal development tools and practical skills so they can contribute as well as receive.
We honour wisdom, faith and tradition while embracing fresh perspectives, modern skills and the energy of youth.
Some people join to learn. Others come ready to share. Most discover they can do both.
We offer independent and collaborative After School & holiday programmes.
Meaningful two-way relationships that connect younger and older generations around guidance, shared interests, life skills and personal growth.
Practical knowledge, lived experience and new skills shared across generations so people can learn from one another rather than in isolation.
Creative, hands-on spaces where children, parents, adults and seniors can make, perform, share stories and discover new skills together.
Faith, fun and biblical learning for children ages 5–12 through activities designed to make God’s word engaging and memorable.
Welcoming gatherings that bring people together for connections, learning, creativity, conversation and shared community experiences.
Where possible, we design programmes so people do not simply attend alongside one another — they interact, exchange value and leave with a stronger sense of connection.
All our facilitators, mentors, and volunteers are DBS checked, and we take the safeguarding of every community member very seriously. We want children, families, adults and older people to participate with confidence, knowing that wellbeing, appropriate boundaries and respect are part of how every activity is planned and delivered.
You can come to learn, come to share, come to serve, or simply come to connect. Join a programme, volunteer, partner with us or help us create more spaces where generations can grow together.
